The earth lay white under the night sky.” The first line of Yasunari Kawabata(川端康成)’s impressive novel, ‘Snow Country’, gives us the synesthesia of the beauty of winter. One of the greatest ways to feel that would be the snow festival. Capture the beauty of winter and the snow festival, which is starting to re-rise after beating the pandemic of coronavirus.

This news gives us food for thought on the efforts of people all around the world to reduce carbon emissions to protect the Earth. However, since steel is applied to CBAM, which is one of South Korea’s main export items to the EU, we cannot help but think of the grim prospect for the South Korean steel industry as well.
